For the automatic door, Safety in use is very important. Our model 227 safety infrared top scan light curtain for swing door, it is specially designed for the anti-pinch safety of revolving doors and swing automatic doors. The detection will be performed by projecting infrared light spots. When a human body is detected, it will send a signal and the door automatically stop to open or close to prevent the pedestrian from being pinched.

1, The detection height and sensing area are adjusted by adjusting wheel and locking the screws, quickly and accurately.

2, The system has strong pressure stability, with background and noise filtering system, not affected by environment (such as sunshine, snow, rain, etc).

3, The detection angle of scanning can be accurately adjusted by mounting bracket.

Installation

1, Remove the screw. Then take the bracket holder and sensor out from aluminum case carefully.

2, Install the aluminum case on the door leaf.

3, The screws must be removed before connect the mounting brackets to main case. Put the sensor into case and tighten the 2 mounting brackets to sensor.

4, Multiple sensors can be connected to each other with side-by-side wires. Operation voltage and relay output need to connect to any of sensor only once.

5, Use adjusting wheel adjust scan area. Set the scanning range to 25cm above the ground.

6, Use the ratchet pawl in mounting bracket to set angle of Inclination.

7, After finishing the installation of sensor, put the front cover onto aluminum case. Close the front cover and use the screw to fasten.
