Unidirectional microwave motion sensor

CANBO 204GD model, CE industrial door activation sensor, is a unidirectional microwave motion sensor, main used in sliding door and shutter.

This unidirectional microwave sensor that specifically detects the approaching signal and shields the departuring signal. It is very suitable for applications such as high speed doors, which can effectively avoid self-inductance of the door body and misoperation opening of non-close targets.

Adopt imported 24.125GHz microwave sensing module, not affected by temperature and humidity and other environmental factors, the performance is extremely reliable.

Product specification

Installation

1. Install the sensor.

Place the device in the proper position, and remove the burrs completely when processing the cable hole. Open the mounting plate after opening the hole.

2. Connect the signal cable to the power terminal of the automatic door.

Brown, yellow: power input AC / DC12V∽24V

Green, white: signal output COM/NO

3. Remove the outer cover and fix the sensor with screws.

4. Connect the terminal to the sensor.

5. Connect the power supply to the sensor, set the detection range and each function switch in sequence.

6. Close the cover.

Detection and Adjustment

When power on, the sensor will automatically self-learning background for 10s, please removal all moving objects from the detection range.

Select different detection range by adjusting sensitivity knob.

The factory default is 45 degree, and all data of detection range is based on the installation height of 3.2 meters.

Maximum detecting range: 5x3 meters

Minimum detecting range: 0.5x0.4 meters

Packing and Transportation

After tested, each activation sensor will be packed individually in a clear plastic bag or a plastic sealing bag, then put it in a inner kraft case with the instructions and matched accessories(like cable, screws, 3M tape, etc). And in order to protect the sensor from damage in shipment, some products will pack with PE foam. Finally, packed them into outer cartons and load the containers. There have model stickers in each products and case, or custom your logo if you need.
